We are happy to laser cut or engrave your products.  To submit your item to us please follow these simple steps:

1) Send us an email to service@mglaserworks.com and include a description of the services you would like performed, a picture of the item to be lasered and a picture of the design to be cut or engraved, if applicable.  Review our Engraving Terms for artwork submission guidelines.  Be sure to include your contact information in the email.

2) We will review your submission and email you an estimated cost for the work with a submission authorization number.  The is no charge for the estimate.  Price for lasering will be based on size of artwork, material being cut or engraved and additional services (such as photo editing) if needed.  If estimate is mutually accepted you may submit your order below.

3) In the product Details enter the Price that you were quoted.

4) In the product Options enter any further information required and Add to cart.

5) Complete the Checkout process and pay for your order.  Choose UPS Ground as your shipping method.  Once we have received your item we will adjust the order and charge/refund any difference in actual shipping costs as the price may be more or less than your quoted shipping cost.  You pay what we pay and we do not mark up our shipping costs.

6) Email us your artwork to be cut or engraved in high resolution (300+ dpi).  If submitting hand drawn artwork in non-digital format please mail it to our shipping address below making sure not to fold or crease the artwork.  We can accept non-digital artwork up to 8" x 11".

8) Once your product has been completed we will ship it back to you insured and with a tracking number.

Important Information:

Custom order completion time varies by the type of work and materials used.  Most orders are completed in 4 - 7 business days.  We will let you know before hand what our expected production time will be for your item.

Due to the nature of this service our 60 day money back guarantee does not apply to engraving or cutting of customer provided merchandise.  If your product is damaged due to our negligence we will replace it.  We reserve the right not to perform service on extremely valuable or fragile materials for insurance purposes.
