Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the products or services you receive from us please let us know immediately.  We will do whatever is necessary to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.  That is why we offer a 60 day money back guarantee* on most products, even after they have been engraved.  Simply complete a Return authorization and request a replacement product, store credit or refund.  It's that simple.

* Excludes shipping charges, exotic wood products (unless mfg. flaw), "submit your own item" and artwork editing/enhancement services.  Product(s) must be returned in original condition to M&G LaserWorks within 60 days of purchase date and must include a return authorization.

Submitting Photographs and Clip Art

Laser engraving is extremely precise and poor quality images do not work well for engraving.  When sending us images to be engraved please adhere to the following requirements.  In many cases we can improve the quality of poor images but additional charges will apply.  We will contact you for approval before modifying your images if we do not feel they are suitable for engraving.

• Submit your artwork to service@mglaserworks.com. Layouts may be sent via fax.  Please include your order number
  
• Images should be 300 DPI or higher
• High contrast black and white images are ideal
• Faxes can be used to provide us with your design ideas but are not usable as art work
• Images taken from web pages are of low quality and are not usable as art work
• Files can be sent to us in any Microsoft Office, CorelDraw or Adobe supported format
• An email proof of layout will be sent to you for your approval before engraving
• Photo editing and enhancement is $60 per hour

Included In Engraving Price

Basic engraving of text and logos is included in the price of all products in our store.  Photographs and large clipart designs are extra.  Product price includes the product, design setup, basic engraving and any other options chosen.  If you need additional customizations or we need to edit or correct your artwork additional fees will apply.  Inlays and additional materials will cost extra. You will receive a quote for approval prior to work performed.  We will provide design assistance including wording, layout and image samples via email free of charge for our customers.

Steel and Chrome

Metals such as steel and chrome are not directly engraved with a standard laser.  Our steel and chrome products are permanently marked via a material fusion process leaving a permanent rich black “engraving” on the surface of the metal resulting in much clearer and sharper text than rotary engraving provides.

Returns

You are welcome to cancel your order prior to engraving for a full refund.  Once your product has been engraved you must complete a return request from our website.  We will determine the appropriate course of action based on the reason for the return.
