These Dunlop Ceramic Moonshine Slides are warmer, yet more resonant than glass.  Made from a white clay body and glazed with cobalt, sound travels through the glazed exterior into the clay body.  The Moonshine Slide clay body is left open and creates micro-resonators round in shape.  The clay absorbs high-end distortion while the tone takes on the shape of the resonators.  A round, fluid tone reminiscent of a tube amp is the result. The bisque interior (unglazed) absorbs finger moisture. This eliminates the slipping common to slide playing and provides better control.   The perfect gift for your favorite guitar player.  Available in two sizes.

Medium (243): 2-3/4"; 11/16" I.D.
Large (246): 2-3/4; 3/4" I.D.
