Ordering :

How do I place an order?
To order on the M&G LaserWorks site simply Add Products to your Cart and use the Checkout process.  Browse to product page, choose the options that you want and click Add to Cart.  Your total cost will be noted in your Cart.  Payment can be made directly in the cart via a number of payment methods.  Your options for the product you purchase will be laid out and a proof will be sent to you prior to engraving via email if requested.

Adding a Product to your Cart

1.      Browse to the product you would like to purchase

2.      Assign your preferred Options.  All dropdown options must be filled in to be able to add product to cart.

3.      Assign the Quantity you would like to purchase

4.      Click the Add to Cart button – notice you are now on the Your Shopping Cart page where you have the following options:

a.      Continue Shopping:  The M&G LaserWorks homepage is displayed for additional shopping

b.      Checkout:  This is the beginning of the Checkout Process, see Checkout instructions for full checkout process

c.       Clear Cart:  Your cart will be cleared of all items

d.      Update:  If you are updating multiple product quantities you can click the Update button to update all at once and view your new Subtotal

e.      Check for Special Offers:  The Special Offers page loads with any current offers or promotions.  Note that any special offers applicable to your order will automatically be applied to your subtotal.

f.        Product Options  - Each product in your Cart has three options

                                        i.      Delete Item: The specific product will be removed from your cart

                                        ii.      Update Item: This will update the quantity of one specific product only

                                        iii.      Edit Options: If you need to update a products Options, this will take you to the Options section for the product – update as necessary and click the Update button

Checkout

1.      From your Shopping Cart click the Checkout button

2.      Login:  Login with your Account Credentials; No account?  Click the Click here to Register link and follow the Register instructions

3.      Shipping & Payment:  Choose Delivery method and Payment method then click Continue button

4.      Place Order:  Confirm Order, Personal Information and enter Payment method information

a.      If paying via PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal’s secure logon page.  Once payment is made on PayPal you will be returned to the M&G LaserWorks website to complete checkout.

5.      You’re done!  A Confirmation email will be sent out automatically, keep an eye out for this email – make sure to check your Spam Filter if you do not receive this email.  The email will come from service@mglaserworks.com.

What is the minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum order amount!  You may purchase as few or as many of any product you desire.

How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by emailing us your Order number and requesting your status at
service@mglaserworks.com.  A Confirmation email is sent to you immediately after placing an order and another Confirmation email will be sent to you when your products have shipped.  You may also check Your Order History from the link located on the right under Your Cart.

How can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled before we have begun engraving or before the production of your product order.  Send an email to
service@mglaserworks.com with your Order number indicating your desire to cancel your order.  Please check the status of your order first as completed products must go through the return process. 

How can I return an item?
M&G LaserWorks provides a 60 day money back guarantee on our products.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please review the steps for Returns.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order before or after shipment at
service@mglaserworks.com.  M&G LaserWorks is happy to work with you and make every effort to correct the situation.

Returns

1.      Click the Your Order History link located or the right under Your Cart

2.      Login with your Account Credentials

3.      Apply search criteria to find your past order and click the Search button

4.      Click the Invoice number link of the order you would like to return a product from

5.      Scroll down to the Create Return Request section

6.      Check the box next to product you would like to return and select the quantity you would like to return

7.      Select a Reason for Returning

8.      Select an option indicating What you would like us to do

9.      Type any Comments or additional information.  Please let us know what we can do to better serve you in the future.

10.  Click the Create button

What if my order is incorrect?
M&G LaserWorks strives to ensure that the engraving text and graphics you provide are accurate.  We provide you a proof where you can preview what your product will look like prior to engraving.  If there are any errors after a product is engraved we will work with you to correct the situation and make every effort to provide a replacement in time for your event date.

What if my order is lost or damaged during shipment?
M&G LaserWorks ships items in secure packaging and packages are inspected prior to shipment.  If a product is lost or arrives damaged you should contact the shipping provider.  If further assistance is required we will assist in any way possible.

What are your different payment methods?
We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate you.  The full list of payment methods accepted are:

Credit Cards:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Blanche, Australian BankCard, Discover/Novus, Maestro/Switch, Solo, enRoute, Visa Electron

PayPal:  Save time and pay securely with your Credit Card, bank account or your PayPal account balance.

Purchase order:  U.S. Government and Non-Profits only.  Requires Pre-Authorization.

Business Check:  Drawn on U.S. Bank and in U.S. Dollars

Request for Quote:  Please select if you would like to receive a quote for your additional customizations, artwork correction or volume pricing. You will not be charged at this time.

Government Check:  U.S. Funds Only

Money Order:  U.S. Banks Only

Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders from U.S. Government agencies and Non-Profit organizations. Pre-Authorization is required and can be obtained by sending an email to
service@mglaserworks.com providing the Organization name, address and contact of the individual who can approve a purchase with us.  Once approved a numbered and signed purchase order must be faxed to us before we begin production.

What is your production time?
Our standard production time varies, but is typically 2 to 4
business days for most orders.  Some items require additional production time so refer to the each product’s detailed information section for specific ranges.  If a rush order is required please contact us.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is collected at the current rate of 6.0% for all Maryland State orders.  Sales tax is not collected on shipping charges.

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us please let us know immediately.  We will do whatever is necessary to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.  That is why we offer a 60 day money back guarantee* on most products, even after they have been engraved.  Simply complete a Return authorization and request a replacement product, store credit or refund.  It's that simple.

* Excludes shipping charges, exotic wood products (unless mfg. flaw), "submit your own item" and artwork editing/enhancement services.  Product(s) must be returned in original condition to M&G LaserWorks within 60 days of purchase date and must include a return authorization.

Engraving :

What is the charge for engraving?
Standard engraving of text and logos is free and included in the product price, unless otherwise noted on the product page.  We also do not impose any setup charges!  Due to the extra time required to setup and engrave photographs additional fees apply.  Here is a breakdown of standard engraving fees for all items except 'Submit Your Own Item for Engraving':

Text: Free

Logos & Clipart: Free

Photographs: $.75 per square inch or portion thereof. 

 

What is the maximum amount of characters allowed?
We do not have a maximum character limit and do not charge for additional text.  A recommended maximum text per line is noted in the Design Notes section of each product.

How do I submit my engraving information?
Each product has an Options section where your engraving information can be entered.  We will then apply your entered text and/or graphics in a layout that we feel is most suitable for the product.  If you would like we will send you a proof for approval prior to engraving.  If you have your own layout design you may fax it to us at (240) 599-0691 or email it to us at
service@mglaserworks.com and we will make every effort to accommodate it.

How do I know my engraving will be correct?
M&G LaserWorks makes every effort to ensure accuracy and all of our products must pass quality control inspections prior to shipment.  An email proof of your order will be sent to you to approve or deny if changes are required.  Corrections should then be emailed to us so a new proof can be provided to you.  If for any reason your product engraving is incorrect due to our error after an approval of a proof we will replace it free of charge.

Can I see a proof of the engraving set-up?
M&G LaserWorks will gladly provide an email proof free of charge for each unique engraved item in your order upon request.  We will not begin engraving until you have approved the proof(s).  If any edits are required to a proof, please let us know as soon as possible and a corrected proof will be sent to you.  Fax proofs available upon request.

What if my engraving is wrong?
M&G LaserWorks strives to ensure order accuracy and all of our products must pass quality control inspections prior to shipment.  If for any reason your product engraving is incorrect due to our error we will replace it free of charge.

Can I change my engraving?
You may change your order at any time prior to engraving free of charge.  Changes can no longer be made once a proof has been approved and the engraving process has begun.

What are your artwork requirements?
Please review the Engraving Terms to see detailed description of requirements.

Can you help me decide what my engraving should say?
We will be happy to assist you with your engraving.  We offer free design assistance to our customers.

Shipping :

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Production times vary for each product ordered.  Please refer to the product details on the product page for production time.  UPS Ground shipping can take between 1-5 business days and USPS Priority Mail varies upon what zone you are in.  If quick turnaround is required UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Next Day Air is offered or you may contact us at
service@mglaserworks.com and we will work with you if alternate accommodations are required.

How can I find out the shipping price?
Shipping costs are provided in the Shopping Cart.  You must be logged in to your account for the shipping calculator to accurately estimate the shipping cost to your delivery address.  Multiple delivery methods are provided for you to choose from along with the cost for each.  Shipping costs are calculated directly from the shipping companies and are based on weight of products and delivery address. 

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, all orders shipped via UPS will receive tracking numbers which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.  Tracking is not available on USPS shipments at this time.

What shipping methods do you use?
Our preferred shipping provider is UPS but we also offer USPS shipping.  If you would like to have your product shipped via another carrier, please contact us prior to proof approval at
service@mglaserworks.com.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

How do I ship to multiple locations?
Please indicate any additional addresses as well as which products should be shipped to which address in the Customer Notes section of the Checkout process.  If this is not provided, all products in your order will go to the shipping address in your Personal Details section.

Do you accept third party shipping numbers?
We do not use third party shipping account numbers for any shipping carrier.

What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged when shipped?
M&G LaserWorks ships items in secure packaging and packages are inspected prior to shipment.  If a product is lost or arrives damaged you should contact the shipping provider.  If further assistance is required we will assist in any way possible.

Gifts :

Do you offer gift boxes?
Some items, such as crystal pieces, come in presentation boxes as indicated in product details, but in general, we do not offer gift boxes. If gift boxes are required, please contact Customer Service via

Account :

Why do I need to create an account?

An account is required to be able to place an order.  Your account enables you to track your orders, make returns and authenticates you into the secure section of our checkout process.  All information is kept confidential.  For more detailed information view our Privacy Statement.

Can I change the information in my account?
All personal information in your account can be updated via the Modify Profile link in the right hand menu.

1.      Click the Modify Profile link located on the right under Your Cart

2.      Login with your Account Credentials if not already logged in

3.      Update any personal or billing information as necessary

4.      Click the Submit button and your changes will be saved

How do I find out my password?
If a password is lost or forgotten, click the Recover Password link in the left hand menu under the Help section.  You will be prompted to enter your username and email address. 
An e-mail with your account information will be automatically emailed to you. Use the received data for logging into the shop.

Can I view my previous orders?
You may view all past orders by clicking on the Orders History link in the right hand menu after logging into your account.  To view a specific invoice select search criteria and click Search.  The invoice can be viewed by clicking on the invoice number link.
